Attention Jr. High Students
Welcome to the Westmont Park District's Jr. High page! This site is specifically designed for YOU! You decide what's here and what's not. We're looking for your feedback. We need links to your favorite websites and any program ideas that you might have. We'd also like to add you to our e-mail list so you can be informed about future programs and special events geared towards Jr. High Students in Westmont.

Upcoming Events:
Summer Solstice at the Spray Park (6th-8th grade)
Come out and enjoy the longest day of the year at the Spray Park. We are keeping the park open and extra three hours in celebration of the Summer Soltice. We will have music, games and prizes to help all of those who come out stay entertained. Food will also be available for purchase at the Backstop concession stand the entire night. Saturday, June 21 from 8:00-11:00PM.
Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock Tournament (6th-8th grade)
You have all played the game, now compete against your friends to determine the ultimate Guitar Hero Legend. Players of all levels and abilities can come test your skills against the best. Even if you don't want to play, come and enjoy the music on our projection screen and watch your friends compete. Pizza and drinks will be provided for all. Come out to the Westmont Community Center and prove once and for all that you are a Guitar Hero Legend! Friday, July 18 from 7:00-9:00PM.

Friday Night Flick Ages 6th-8th grade
The Community Center Gym will be turned into our own, large screen movie theathre! Pack up a lawn chair, pillow and/or blanket too so that you can get comfy while you watch the movie. We will be showing "Pirates of the Caribbean." You may bring along snacks and drinks, or bring money to purchase something from the vending machine. Registration deadline is May 9
